SHIPPING TIME

• Croatia (domestic): 2–4 business days
• EU abroad: 5–12 business days

Please note: Shipping is carried out from Croatia. In some EU countries, delivery times may be extended depending on postal volume.

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment.

RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL

You can return items within 14 days.

Return conditions

• Items must be unworn and unwashed
• No signs of use
• Original condition and original packaging (if available)

Process

  1. Email to info@heleny.de with order number + item.

  2. You will receive the return address.

  3. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Refund
Refund within 7–14 days after inspection of the goods.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In case of damaged or incorrectly delivered items:
Please report within 48 hours to info@heleny.de (attach photo).


EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not possible.
Please return the item and place a new order.
